British Minister: American “Rightwing Nutters” Pose A Bigger Threat Than The Eurozone Crisis

Vince Cable, the business secretary for the UK government, says “Rightwing Nutters” in the US pose a a bigger threat to the global economy than the eurozone crisis.

Cable made the comments on BBC, according to The Guardian, and really, it’s hard to argue with him, given that leaders of different countries in Europe have had an easier time solving their differences than politicians within one country in the US.

This is consistent with previous comments from abroad regarding this matter. German papers have been slamming the Republicans for basically being dangerous maniacs on this issue.

By standing trial, Morgan would faces 22 felony counts, including conspiracy, wire fraud, mail fraud, money laundering and tax evasion.

Her husband, John S.

“The corporate sector’s in great shape,” says Joseph LaVorgna, chief U.S. economist at Deutsche Bank. “The economy is a little healthier than we thought it was.”

Aside from companies’ continuing stubbornness about hiring more workers, the early results are good news for investors and anyone worried that the debt-limit standoff in Washington or the financial crisis in Europe could inflict serious damage.

Consumers’ willingness to spend on fast food, electronic gadgets and other items has helped fuel better-than-expected quarterly results. Among the standouts Read more…
